Operation & Brand Manager
(Full-time)

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure seamless execution of our brand standards, and play a key role in launching new branches. Job responsibility:

  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations Across Locations

    • Ensure each branch operates smoothly, adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.

    • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to minimize disruptions.

    • Set up efficient processes for ordering, inventory, staffing, and compliance across all branches.

  • Coordinate Between Locations

    • Act as the main point of contact for General Managers (or equivalent) at each branch, streamlining communication and maintaining consistency.

    • Standardize procedures for customer service, quality control, and brand consistency across locations.

    • Support the setup and launch of new branches, including sourcing equipment, training staff, and establishing workflows.

  • Develop and Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    • Create and document SOPs for core processes, ensuring they are easily replicable at new locations.

    • Collaborate with the CEO and Head Chef to set operational benchmarks, maintain quality, and improve efficiency.

    • Continuously refine SOPs based on performance, customer feedback, and operational needs.

  • Recruitment, Training, and Employee Development

    • Work closely with HR (or take on HR responsibilities) to recruit and train branch managers and essential staff.

    • Develop training programs to ensure all team members meet company standards, especially as they adapt to new locations.

    • Foster a consistent company culture across branches, instilling core values and customer service standards.

  • Financial Management and Budget Oversight

    • Assist the Directors in setting budgets and financial goals for each location.

    • Monitor branch expenses, revenue, and profitability, ensuring that financial goals are met.

    • Regularly report on performance metrics and branch-specific financials to the Directors, identifying opportunities for cost savings and growth.

  • Growth and Expansion Planning

    • Support the Directors in evaluating potential new locations, including conducting market research and feasibility studies.

    • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for new branch openings.

    • Develop and manage project timelines for new locations, ensuring they open on schedule and within budget.

  • Marketing and Community Engagement

    • Ensure marketing campaigns are implemented consistently across branches, adapted to local markets as necessary.

    • Build relationships within each location’s community to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.

    • Collaborate with the Directors  to develop launch strategies, local events, and promotional campaigns for each branch.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Knowledge in inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage operations and expansion timelines.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., social media platforms, Google My Business, online advertising).

  • Proven track record in financial management and budget oversight.

  • Experience in employee training, team building, and fostering company culture.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate effectively across department

Job Package & Benefits

  • Full time contract

  • Salary starting from £38,500 p.a.
